How to find courage

We've all done brave things in our lives, however, when we are constantly being bombarded with messages of fear, it's easy for us to forget our own courage as fear can cause us to fall out of alignment with it. A good way to realign with our courage is to sit and recall all of the times when you did something you were afraid to do, and how good you felt about yourself afterwards. You could do this alone, or with a friend. We often don't give ourselves enough credit for the things we have moved through and overcome, so lets make a conscious effort to support ourselves in this way! : )
