Godly preaching is one bridge between the listener and the preacher of the Testimony of God to bring the power of the Holy Spirit, who does not live in the words, to the human heart. The Holy Spirit does not live in the words of the Testimony of God within the Bible. He brings those words as they are read or preached to life emblazoned with the power of God against the human heart.
