Is a song originally composed at the beginning of the 19th century and performed by Spanish soldiers who fought against the French invasion during the Spanish War of Independence (1808-1814), and which was recovered under different names by the soldiers of the republican side as one of the songs of the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939).

The original version of the song comprises more than ten stanzas.
