Shaping the political message is not an easy process, nor is something that can be done quickly.

Whether it's for the purposes of enhancing or shifting the Overton window of a small group, a political party, a town or an entire country - the tools are more or less the same, but the process varies quite a bit depending on the size, the scope and the timeframe available.

The one thing it doesn't depend on is the ideas. And that's what scares a lot of people - particularly on the Left. The smart ones know all too well that their process can be applied ad infinitum with any set of ideas.

That is to say... political hegemony is not guaranteed. No, not even in a dictatorship.
