Dr. David Fowler Testifies that George Floyd Died of Cardiac Arrhythmia in Derek Chauvin Trial

Today, defense attorney Eric Nelson questioned his expert witness, Dr. David Fowler about how George Floyd died. Dr. Fowler is a retired Chief Medical Examiner from Maryland, and he said George Floyd died of cardiac arrhythmia, not by asphyxiation as the prosecution has alleged. He also said the methamphetamines and fentanyl contributed to his death, as well as hypertension and the carbon monoxide from the police car exhaust where he was laying on the ground. Dr. Fowler punched holes all over the place in the prosecution's case.
