According to Michael Alexander, the motion hearing (preparation for trial) now underway in Ontario could become a real game changer -- he says that the draconian restrictions imposed on Canadian doctors have no basis in law, and should therefore not be seen as legally binding, but only as "recommendations". Still, hundreds of doctors, including Alexander's three clients, are facing the loss of their licence and their livelihoods, since the College refuses to back down. In other words, the College is pretending to be acting in accordance with the law, while actually breaking it. This collapse of the Rule of Law, and the invention of arbitrary rules in order to further political or ideological gains, this one of the classic hallmarks of Genocidal Communism.
