Many WN people with southern European ancestry who appear phenotypically darker than Northern or Western or even most Eastern Europeans like to Argue that Southern Europeans are just as "White" as Northern Europeans but the genetic studies prove that they are not and that the genes that make southern Europeans phenotypically darker are from recent (0-2000 ybp) North African admixture which anyone with common sence and good eyes can determine visually.
Yes Southern the majority of Southern Europeans Gnomes is European in origin but genetically they cannot be defines as "White"
Although there are individuals and families in Southern Europe who look more phenotypically white they would accurately represent the indigenous population before the North African Admixture occurred, The same can be said about the Ancient middle east and Eurasia.
