Someone told me today that Princes lyrics from his album in 1996 talked about "Vaccine Trackers", so I listened to the song...
It had more that just the tracker part in the lyrics it seems.
I joined the dots to the rest of it...I have been following the pre-crimes of Stephen King for years.

My microphone is low pitched for some reason. Dont know whats going on, otherwise I would have narrated.
