That's him on the cover from back in 1996 in the before and 1997 in the after photos. He lost 22 pounds of fat and gained ten and a half pounds of muscle. A few years ago I made a horrible video about working out causing heart disease. Especially if you work out too much. But you have to move your body to get the blood flowing. Think of yourself as a big bag of
liquid. All the dense parts sink to the bottom of your body if you aren't active. I see hemmerhoids as nothing more than blood pooling at your butt swelling up your entrails into the size of a horses ass. Giving you a period when going number 2. As for your book Drew you were shocked by the results you saw with what you were doing. You say that you could actually see your abs for the first time. The only thing I would have to caution everyone on is your physical appearance in your book. What a lot of body builders and trainers don't tell you is that before they take their photos they starve themselves and dehydrate themselves before the pictures. Plus they get a tan. Then once the pictures are done and their flexing is finished they go out back and maul cakes the way a land whale likes to maul her steaks. I know this because I used to take video footage for body building competitions so I saw what was going on. For anyone purchasing this book Drew's picture is in the book. So yes you can look like Drew for a day or two at his best but you can't look like that all the time. I think it's important to make everyone aware of that. But appearance isn't everything. What you suggest Drew will also make people healthy. Regardless of how people will look without their shirt on your muscles will look bigger when you're wearing a shirt if you follow his plan because it works.
Preparing for Drew's program means that you have to write down exactly what you want to accomplish and if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. He says you have to get into the right head space and make the decision to change. 90% of the effort in life is not in doing something but getting into the right frame of mind to do so. Discipline is also the most important thing after your resolve. You have to have some level of OCD to succeed on a workout routine and strict diet. Plus you have to have a decent pain tolerance, perhaps even be a bit masochistic and enjoy pain.
