Dream interpretation is something that has fascinated people since the beginning of time.
I encourage you to keep a dream journal by your bed and write whatever as soon as you wake up. Don't worry about it being disjointed or not making sense, just write it down. You may find that you remember parts of your dream later in the day, so keep the journal close to you.
In dreams, the rational part of your brain isn't as active, which is why dreams don't always seem to make sense when we try to tell them.
But dreams are not just byproduct of a day.
There is meaning within them.
