I saw this video a few years ago, I was vegan at the time (5 years). Once I learned they want us all vegan I started eating meat, and lots of it. I eat grass fed beef, bison, elk, eggs, tuna steaks, goat butter, raw dairy, etc The food pyramid was created by them! Flip it upside down then it makes sense. Fiber is NOT essential! In fact it constipates! I have not eaten any fruit or veg in 10 months and the constipation which I had is GONE! I eat a pound of goat butter a week now.
The reduction of cholesterol is promoted by medical doctors this is yet ANOTHER real conspiracy they are pulling off. All to depopulate the earth even more than what the jabs are doing.

Note: I strongly disagree with the cannibalism parts and drinking blood that is a satanic practice. The elite are of satans seed and are not human.

I used to donate blood but not anymore, why would I give my blood to those satanic vampires? Plus NEVER sign an organ donor card! They will kill you for your organs. Link to a video about the brain dead hoax below.
