Man Wins $30K Lottery, Spends $20K On Gold Chain, Then Gets ROBBED!

A Detroit man says he won the lottery for $30,000 dollars and decided to spend $20,000 of that money on a brand new gold chain. He wore the chain at a local gas station and was subsequently robbed by a gang of three men. The gas station owner recognizes one of the individuals and has captured him on camera doing the same thing to someone else on a prior occasion. It is not known whether the man has paid taxes on the $30,000 dollar winnings. If he didn't, he may have gone from being up $30,000 to a few thousand in the hole.
