Perhaps that's why there was a President 'RayGun' talking about space based Star Wars projects in 1984.

Note: in a similar vein using similar technologies and in more modern times, there are many cases of Targeted Individuals stating that they are hit by satellite based Directed Energy Weapons, and often show the injuries to prove it.

How long's this technology actually been operational? - And what are we not being told?
