Celia the Seal and Fred are on a play date when 'strange man' (stalin) arrives offering them sweeties and inviting the children back to his van. Fred is as eager and naive as ever, immediately accepting the offer and taking the sweets from the stranger. Celia however is too distracted by her ball.. She REALLY loves balls, almost as much as fish! She ignores the strange man and his sweets, Fred offers to come by himself in the hope of getting more sweeties but he really wants both of them... weirdo!
The man soon returns with a toy, perhaps this will tempt the children into coming to his van? Fred cant contain his excitement and wants Celia to go with him and the strange man to his van so they can have all the toys and sweeties that they want... but Celia is still more interested in her ball! The man returns time and time again offering more and more but Celia is stubborn leaving Fred very frustrated. Eventually he finds something that interests Celia but you'll have to watch the video to find out what happens!
