In my opinion, not only are they spraying chemtrails for weather warfare but I believe that the trails which disperse into a sort of sky-blanket also serve as a cloak to hide Nibiru ("Planet X"). I don't know if Mark was a "technician" as the title implies because I never met him and I don't know the details of his career but that's what the video was titled as when I downloaded it a few years ago. I do know that he was considered one of the most respected artists in the aircraft / aerospace industry however.
