Wir, ein Arztehepaar, haben uns mit einem offenen Brief an die für uns zuständige Ärztekammer gewandt. Seit einer Entscheidung des Verwaltungsgerichts Würzburg vom 17.09.20, sehen wir die ärztliche Schweigepflicht in höchster Gefahr: Auf einem öffentlich einsehbaren Dokument hat eine Diagnose ebenso wenig zu suchen, wie auf einer Krankschreibung! Ausserdem wollen wir die Frage der Haftung für etwaige Schäden zweifelsfrei geregelt sehen, die nach unserer Wahrnehmung von der Politik nach "unten" delegiert wurde.
