Inside Outside Pak Sao is a simple drill I came up with. It teaches inner and outer gate Pak and strike with the same hand. One person paks on the outside of the opponent bridge hand and strikes while the other person Paks on the inside of the bridge hand and stikes. Its better when doing the drill not to go to fast as it tends to turn into patty cakes which is what you don't want..
