When the council of the City of Hamilton voted to collude with the Uber Taxi corporation in order to exempt Uber from the laws that applied to all former taxi operators, Mayor Fred proudly announced that this back-stabbing of the non-Uber taxi operators was accomplished with their backing. It was such an egregious lie it could not be ignored by this citizen journalist.
