Spicy Island Fruit Salad
Ingredients*:
1 Mango, diced
2 Cups Watermelon, Balls
2 Cups Pineapple, Chunks
Coconut, Chunks
2 Limes, Juice
2 Tbsp Cayenne
Favorite Sweet Hot Sauce to Taste
2 Tbsp Dried Coconut Flakes
All ingredients clean and/or organic
Instructions:
1. Prep, wash and chop all the fruit.
2. Place in a medium mixing bowl
3. Add Lime juice, spices and coconut
4. Gently blend with a wooden spoon
5. Eat as a meal, side dish or a snack
6. Enjoy with a fun loving friend
