A classic Italian pasta dish with a sauce consisting of tomatoes, olive oil, anchovies, olives, capers, onion and garlic.
You'll need :
Chicken
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
2 anchovy fillets, chopped
200ml chicken stock
1 can tomatoes
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 cup olives, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
Glug of white wine
1 tablespoon tomato puree
