Top cop deciding what he wants people arrested for
He was later directing the film units.
Clearly running the operation.
Very camera shy.
He and his colleagues know they are the bad guys.
They fear no repercussions for beating people and sending their dogs into the crowd as they did the week before because they imagine things will always be this way.
I am sure they won't.
