See through the lens of addiction ...
* We now know about the subconscious mind. Its obsession with counting, mimicking and copying exactly what it perceives as advantageous on a repetitive basis.
* 93/7% subconscious vs pre-frontal cortex (autopilot/discernment)
* So 7% is not a lot of discernment. So that's your buffer where you're supposed to question what’s going on and say, "hold on a second …"
* Caffeine is an alkaloid poison. Proven to activate a very particular part of the brain called the limbic system.
* When the limbic system is activated, the prefrontal cortex shuts down. So your 7% is gone.
* When you drink caffeine and/or alcohol you are poisoned to some level. When you're poisoned, your subconscious goes into the fight or flight reaction. The same response as getting attacked by a mugger as you poisoning yourself. The subconscious says "Hey everybody, I'm going to take over now."
* So you revert back to your prior programming. What your subconscious “learned” from prior experiences, including the TV, movies, news, Netflix, etc. You go back to your subconscious need to feel safe in the herd.
* When you're already in fear, going outside the herd, only puts you into more fear, big time.
* If you have one strong cup of coffee, your fight or flight system, and your limbic system are activated for over three weeks consecutively without ingesting any more caffeine. So caffeine sort of installs a slave like compliance. Caffeine detox and hormone normalisation takes 30 to 60 days.
* You might feel comfort or perhaps sharper after your initial hit, due to the adrenal gland release of stress hormones and the apparent ability to gain mental function. Similar to amphetamines. However the perceived functionality is narrow. Subconscious auto-pilot mode degrades wholistic presence of mind, which degrades creativity, innovation and the capability for critical and independent thinking.
* Caffeine helps people do mundane tasks longer. It makes slavery feel groovy.
* Consuming caffeine to lift your energy is the same as turning off a smoke alarm and claiming there is no need to worry about any fire.
* Prolonged stress is bad for you. Raising body acidity and toxicity.
* Caffeine is a stimulus sometimes used to counteract alcohol being a depressant. Balancing a highly fatigued nervous system.
* Caffeine withdrawal symptom includes irritability. Difficult to quit an addiction when that requires a dramatic increase in self awareness.
* Get off the caffeine drug and find out who you really are. If you become too afraid of your potential best life, you can instead embrace your worst life.
