It should be clear now that this is a CCP world depopulation plan in action as their is ethylene oxide in masks which is one the most obvious and powerful cancer causing agents discovered. The miscellaneous ingredients being found in the vaccines should be telling also along with the deaths and side effects as well as the CDC says it will not protect you from getting Covid-19... I mean hello people of the world, I think that is pretty much a clue that things are not quite what the mainstream world media is saying.
It sure does appear this is a deliberate contamination. The worms appear to be dormant until activated by carbon dioxide of the breath. The worms also can crawl through the mask and fall out, which brings the question of how these masks are supposed to stop viruses from penetrating when viruses are a fraction of the size.

The worms may be transgenic DNA recombinant organisms and the most likely candidate would be the "Kamikaze Hookworm" which can take over the mind of its host. In nature such creatures were not able to infect humans, however with our current level of technology, inserting a DNA sequence that would enable it to survive in the human body would be a simple task.
