Should We Have An Annual Constitutional Convention To Modernize And Make Improvements?

Industries have conventions every year, but we have never had a Constitutional Convention and that's because the system works for those who don't want changes. Those in government have their rackets and if we start talking about modernization, they are going to lose their control. They bribe 535 people and then they can get any law passed, but this is ruining the country. Why don't we meet at a different city every year and discuss changes we could make to turn the USA into a prosperous nation for all. I see it as a wealth transfer system. The rich get richer and the crooks are making a killing. Reform is needed and we must end the representative system, because we can represent ourselves. We must represent ourselves! We have no voice, otherwise. Where do members of Congress get millions of dollars? They are taking bribes and kickbacks, like any other organized crime syndicate. I hope I'm not offending anyone, other than the 'Crooks In Suits', by saying the truth. We must not wait for them to give us power. We act and our actions give us power.
