Identifying Learning Grieving

Grief, Mourning and loss are emotions most of us have encountered. We generally associate them with the death of a loved one or we may even be able to identify MOURNING if we have had a limb amputated, we have been confined to a wheelchair OR if we lose something very precious, like a picture or a trinket that has huge sentimental value to us alone. Grieving has several stages. Which I talk about here. The current political climate and the hugely restrictive lifestyle that is imposed on us has also to do with LOSS, We MOURN a way of life that is slowly becoming a distant memory - but we are also LEARNING what the objectives are and we IDENTIFY similarities to other major life events we have experienced. – Again, this is just touching on a topic that is highly significant in that many of us are GRIEVING in isolation. We SELF ISOLATE not only our physical being but our emotions (both positive and negative) and each of us fail to understand that ALL are suffering..
