Here is a review of the fourth Daimler DMS Fleetline model bus that I have in my model bus collection that is from Exclusive First Editions. As with the other three models I have previously covered this year. The only let down of this model bus is that is doesn't have wing mirrors and most of the detailing is printed or painted on instead of being etched.
The model is a limited edition and comes with a paper certificate that I have covered in this review. The model has fleetnumber D20 and the actual bus entered service with Citybus Hong Kong in 1981 and retired from service in 1991 when it was replaced with high capacity tri-axle Leyland Olympians. Being a DMS, this bus would be one of many that were exported to Hong Kong when bought from London Transport where the DMS buses were being withdrawn from London with some examples being less that 10 years old at the time.
