Ein Dialog ist eine mündlich oder schriftlich zwischen zwei oder mehreren Personen geführte Rede und Gegenrede. Er ist Teil des Sprachgebrauchs. Sein Gegensatz ist der Monolog, das Gespräch einer Person mit oder vor sich alleine (vor allem im Drama), aber auch als Rede und Vortrag.
Eine Rede ist eine im Voraus überlegte, in der Regel mündliche Mitteilung, die von einem Redner oder einer Rednerin an mehrere Personen (Zuhörerschaft, bei öffentlichen Reden Publikum) gerichtet wird.
Rede und Gegenrede beinhaltet keine Übereinstimmung zwischen den Parteien.
Wer versteht, was ich sage? Wer versteht, was ich meine? Kann ein Mensch einen anderen Mensch überhaupt verstehen?
Ist es nicht vielmehr nur eine Mitteilung des jeweiligen subjektiven Zustandes?
