Visualization is the practice of imagining what you want to achieve in the future. As if it were confirmed today. It involves using all five senses sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing. Visualizing directs your subconscious to be aware of the end goal you have in mind. Visualizing outcomes that you want can increase your confidence. "Seeing" yourself succeed helps you believe it can and will happen. Visualization helps you "practice" success.
