Action: Itzel Ramirez (Amazon Worker) assaults 67yr old women in Castro Valley Ca. after getting into a verbal altercation after being called a bitch. After being arrested Ramirez claimed it was in self defense.

Guerrilla Interwebs Opinion:
First of all both are wrong to get 'into it'. If you work in any type of service industry you're going to encounter 'crappy' customers. That's the way customers are. If you can't handle the high stress you'd better find a healthy outlet to release your anger or quit. If you're a customer you're not always frigging right & in no way should you berate a service employee and act like a self entitled prick. If you can't talk it over with the employee like an adult then contact their supervisor with your concerns or use another business.
