After several tries I managed to reach St. Joan II again and even got to his second form. I think the game glitched out since it didn't show the sprite, but he starts flying around spamming you with projectiles. I didn't win, but at least I managed to upgrade the Jester to its final form - the Joker. Its range quite good, but the special moves are just more powerful variations of his normal attacks. I also found out that the Grim Reaper, while great at crowd control is not so effective in boss battles since it's quite slow and it's large sprite is more likely to get hit.
