This message was preached by Pastor Chuck Baldwin on Sunday, June 7, 2020, during the service at Liberty Fellowship.
Scripture text: Romans 8; I Corinthians 12
As Christians, we are members of the Body of Christ—there is neither Jew nor Gentile. We are ONE in Christ. This is a spiritual Body. We are required to "walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit."
As believers, our identity is lost in Christ. There is no such thing as a White Christian or a Black Christian or an Asian Christian, etc., just Christian. Therefore, our spiritual allegiances are greater in value than our fleshly allegiances.
Christ's kingdom reflected in a spiritual walk is Life, Liberty and Peace. The worldly, devilish kingdom reflected in a carnal walk is death, servitude and war.
The fleshly kingdom divides; the spiritual kingdom unites.
Our enemies are primarily spiritual and are manipulating even Christians against each other. Thereby, we know this is a spiritual assault.
As Christians, we must surrender ALL of our prejudices, past experiences, skin color, political partialities, sexual chauvinism and religious bigotry to the Spirit of Christ.
This is a POWERFUL message so very appropriate for America today.
