Why Anxiety Symptoms & Panic Attacks Are SCARY! Anxiety can cause hundreds if not thousands of symptoms and sensations. These symptoms can be painful, weird or scary! When we enter fight or flight mode, we are trying to run away or fight away danger. This can cause panic attacks and many anxiety symptoms including chest pain, nausea, numbness, tingling, dizziness, headaches, IBS, and much more! The problem is, we are often in a non dangerous situation. This allows us to be so much more aware of the anxiety symptoms we are experiencing.
