Bernard’s dramatic arrest came after a naked foot chase through a park where he reportedly ran at a reporter, choked a church caretaker and was maced by an officer. In their search for Bernard, police referred to him as “armed with a rifle and considered very dangerous,” in a tweet. Seven nearby schools went in lockdown during the search, according to reports.
