WOODWORKING….MAKING POPSICLE STICK HINGES.

Not very difficult. In this video I show you how to make the jig for consistency as well as how to make the actual hinge. The ones I made used 24 sticks and yielded 2 hinges 1 inch wide. The beauty of this process is that the more stick you add the wider the hinge becomes and thereby stronger and can be used for bigger projects. I used 4.5 inch x3/8 inch wide sticks. Depending on the project, you could use bigger ones. I generally make small boxes so I chose this size. I hope you liked my video.
