In this follow up video I explain why exactly you do need to generate extra momentum to clear the jump and show video evidence of competitors doing so as realistically you will not have enough momentum from just the momentum from the trampoline to clear the dragon glider jump distance. Sadly I did not know the elasticity of the trampoline so I could not do complete calculations but I did what was possible.
