Remember Gentile is supposed to be a religious concept. Jews have made things race-based where Gentile from their vantage point refers to a non-Jewish person. We know it's race-based because atheist Ashkenazis are not called Gentiles, nor are they called goyim.

From the Christian perspective, a Gentile is a non-Christian. It's not about race.

About this video, he asks why the foreskin was chosen. First, physical circumcision in its Biblical form was either a drawing of a drop of blood from the acroposthion (the part of the foreskin hanging over the glans like an elephant trunk), or else a subtle reduction of that. It was certainly not a total amputation of the foreskin until it was radicalized by certain Jewish rabbis to better mark in the flesh their people. With the radical procedure you strip naked a man and you can tell immediately whether he's a Jew. This ensures his loyalty to the tribe like branding a gang member.
