In this Senate testimony Dr. Robert Epstein details to Senator Cruz (TX) how big tech, in particular Google and Facebook, manipulated the 2016 elections. He estimates anywhere from 2.6 million to 10.4 million undecided voters were manipulated into voting for Hillary Clinton and how they did it.
