A person had purchased a health insurance policy from this insurance company and was being treated at the hospital due to a motor vehicle accident. We helped our client in preparing and filing the case against the insurance company by doing extensive legal research for it and managing its entire back-office tasks, eventually letting our client focus on the case winning strategies.
