Black Lives Matter Protests on 1/14/21 in New York City
The timing of this was strange since it came a week after Biden had been declared President Elect promising racial equity and justice-whatever that means. I wanted to hear from these people about what they were doing. The first guy was rude ordering me to put on a mask and then when I asked about his sign he replies by asking me if I can read. I was attenpting to get his perspective but he didn't want to share. This is happening in Chelsea, one of the most afflluent neighborhoods in Manhattan in New York City where it's impossible to find a street without windows displaying Black Lives Matter signs in their windows. I've just wondered for years why they haven't moved these oppressed people into their buildings and neighborhoods. After over four decades around the oppressed I know why they'd rather have a sign in the window and hold signs in the street showing everyone how much they care. Why are they insulted by "All Lives Matter?" Aren't Black people part of the all? Every time I bring it up I am told that I just don't understand without ever asking me what I do and do not understand. Four decades in the ghetto living with Blacks and Hispanics every day, but I don't understand. They don't even see their own racism. They are focused on a narrative. I asked the woman if she would help me, but she didn't answer. She seemed shocked by my appeal. I wondered aloud that maybe my skin wasn't dark enough for her. Most of the folk in Chelsea I couldn't hear what they were saying. I thought this was comic relief. I wanted to khow how racism kills. She was mentioning names and pivoted to education and was speaking to me as if her face wasn't covered. Again, I thought it was funny. The loud mouth next to her came through loud and clear. They were both against School Choice because all of these people are control freaks. After decades of killings of Black people including children this lying old fool expects me to believe that she heard a story about a Black parent afraid to send their kids out because police might kill them and it "chilled" her. Give me a break. I started seeing that narrative appear 6 years ago all over social media. These Black and Brown parents who all of a sudden became concerned that their children could be killed if they left the house not by the thugs who've been killing them for years but by the police. There are so many narratives and propaganda and they all reveal the same hatred for America disguising itself as a quest for justice and the change word they love using. You can read an extensive analysis of the Breonna Taylor case here: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8816249/Louisville-police-release-details-Taylor-investigation.html
The same can be found on the Upper West Side, another affluent neighborhood. The woman who handed me the list of people killed by police did not like my question about whether there were any White people killed by police were on the list. "That doesn't matter." She said with a dismissive scowl. She meant it. She wasn't lying. These evil people want to tell us who matters and who doesn't. Do the victims of George Flyod's violent criminal behavior matter? How many people on this list have a list of people they victimized? How many White victims of Black violence in America are there? Do their lives matter? Why does the media cover up for Black criminals and pretend that their victims of racism? That's why I was asking those old fools "How does Racism Kill?" Are people dropping dead from racism? Who is doing the most of the killing in America? The raping? The home invasions? The car jackings? etc. I am sick of all of this deception. Liars cover their lies with more lies.
