On January 17, 2022, my home security camera captured the official setup of the surveillance flat-screen topped by the deadly Sonic Weapon across the street at J. Spear's house. Furniture was set out for trash day making room for the DOD contractor operation.

Two other neighbors were provided video surveillance flat screens but Spear's looks different. His is positioned facing my house. At the video end, revealed is he has an illuminated weapon above his screen also facing my direction.
