I'm Not Sure About This One ? ~ In the video, it seems that there is already a white line on his hand where he shines the blacklight (part of his tattoo), and there are certain substances that can be put on the skin that will glow under blacklight (example: invisible ink).

But, It's known that Mircosoft PAT# WO 2020 060606 has "Luciferase" listed as an 'ingredient'. Their capable of it so, it wouldn't surprise me if the 'vaccine' turned out to be Gates/Mircosoft Pat# '666' ?) However, It's my understanding "luciferase" is a bio-luminescent protein that 'glows' from the process of "oxidation" ~Not visible under UV or Infrared light sources.
