Weird Experimental Aircraft Comes Out At Witching Hour Near My Property

I was getting ready for bed last night and watching an old episode of the 90s Outer Limits reboot that was soft disclosure for the brain implant linking up to the Internet and a computer virus infects everybody. Then I hear this loudass airjet type sound, but different than the jets. Sometimes I hear something similar at night. I caught this strange aircraft off in the distance hovering over the woods, similar to the so called 'spacecraft' but personally I think its actually some kind of experimental government technology. I didn't even notice at the time it was happening at 3am, the witching hour. Coincidence or no?

I don't have any video tech right now other than OBS, if anybody wants to zoom in and analyze this video further be my guest, perhaps we can find some answers here as to what exactly this ship is. Thanks.
