Copwatch - WSP fishing for infractions/only write 1 to seem nice

This stop originated from a speeding ticket. The suspect voluntarily gave a portable breathalizer sample, which came back ok. He was cited for driving with an invalid license from a previous incident in Oregon. The order followers let him off on the speeding infraction but tickedted him for driving without a license. Funny thing is they left the scene before making sure he didn't get right back in his car and drive off. Don't forget to like share and subscribe!
