Not very relaxing if you think of microbes all over your body multiplying in infinite number feeding off dead skin and whatnot. Even detergent cannot remove them all.

Now imagine that these microbes are all your little friends and want to make yogurt and cheese for you. They also will make other probiotic foods and help you clean up afterwards. Life is good.
