🎙🎙🎙🎙🎙 No assignables but I'll slide you a piece of who ever you send my way I'm good like that .. zero debt .. 800sf middle of nowhere .. new roof .. mostly rewired high gauge wiring .. newly built ugly shed out back 10x12 or so etc .. new high quality water heater .. not very old HVAC 92% effeciency AC / gas furnace wood floors new back patio and front porch .. Ugly basement .. PVC piping
We've owned it for over a decade .. I sold the house next door to a local Official trying to improve the area and we ended up with some morons for tenants next door for now but those transients won't be tolerated forever
... It is a good neighborhood where everyone looks out for one another, old skool .. the temporary troublesome transients live in the one on the right (for now)
