People like this man, this judge, this legal authority, should have statues erected to them. People like this are not merely good and virtuous people -- although they most certainly ARE that: they're also heroes.
Government is by DEFINITION an agency of force. By its very nature -- by virtue of what it IS -- government can act in no other way. Before any government can spend a single penny or redistribute a single penny, it must first either tax, print, expropriate, or borrow.
Government is force.
Government is the negation of liberty.
In its fundamental form, liberty -- also known as freedom -- is the absence of government coercion and state force.
