They can help with panic attacks, anxiety attacks, health anxiety, intense fears, anxiety symptoms, depersonalization and derealization! Using the 5-4-3-2-1 technique you will say aloud 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste! So how do we overcome anxiety or beat anxiety disorder? These are tips that you should be trying every single day to stop your anxiety! Dont skip any days and remember that there will still be bad days. Its how we handle the bad days, that determines how we progress in our mental health.
