This little clip was inspired by a similar piece of work, made with Houdini. I wanted to see if it was possible to create something along the same lines, using C4D soft bodies and an Xpresso expression to control the intensity of the luminance for each letter, based upon a dynamic variable. I took things a couple of stages further, by using Bodypaint 3D for texturing and also added some X-Particles Emitters, to create the dust, which are also triggered using Xpresso.
