The Verge has made (and released) this utter abysmal $2k PC build ranging from adding an unnecessary amount of heat sink, to not putting the fans in his radiator; to playing a 120FPS capped League of Legends (you know, the game that can run on a single-core processor on the shittiest of toaster PCs). For the ever loving gods that govern your soul, never use this as a real PC tutorial. This is full of errors and is horribly incorrect.
Please don't go after Stefan Etienne as it wasn't his fault for making this terrible, terrible video; that and he's not affiliated with The Verge anymore as he stopped working there since of this embarrassing incident and further background on him shows that he's an arrogant prick; so don't bother wasting your time on him.
