Psychological manipulation and the strategies officers are programmed (brainwashed) to use are demonic and abusive. They are coercive, manipulative strategies designed to control and enforce obedience to authority. How many police officers (enforcers) and military personnel habitually practice these abusive brainwashing techniques and strategies in their personal lives in addition to using them on the public?
How is it possible for ordinary, average, people to blindly or consciously become perpetrators of evil?
Why would people brainwashed by police academies and brainwashed while in military training use the same destructive, manipulative, Satanic tactics on others in their personal lives? professional lives?

FEMA runs a National Preparedness month campaign as well as media campaigns throughout the year, encouraging people prepare and encouraging people to buy the exact items that DHS will pay you to rat out someone for.
DHS will pay you to rat out someone who is buying "legal" goods.

The example above is the good cop - bad cop routine in all it's glory. It is a theme we have seen play out by the New World Order all along which will only increase in the days to come.
Satan's New World Order's crowning glory will be the incoming Antichrist (DEAD pope John Paul ll) who will take on the roll of good cop for all those who have long since suffered at the selfsame hands of the minions of this incoming adversary who would be king, unbeknownst to the lot of them all the while.
